Jeremiah's Italian Ice

I never knew this place existed. My son received a card for a free treat and I am so glad we came. The customer service was superb and my son loved his Grasshopper treat. I highly recommend this place for all ages!

I stopped by Jeremiah’s Italian Ice earlier today and was genuinely impressed. The flavors were delicious, vibrant, refreshing, and clearly made with care. There’s a great variety to choose from, and everything looked inviting. The portion sizes were generous without being overwhelming, and the prices felt more than fair for what you get. It’s nice to find a place that delivers both quality and value. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was welcoming, kind, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. It’s the kind of spot that leaves you smiling as you leave and already thinking about what flavor you’ll try next time. I’ll definitely be back.

Prices seem high to me, but everything does these days. Good customer service though. Pumpkin pie latte was great!

Let me start by saying this review is going to come off as me being a Karen. If you look at all my reviews, I give honest reviews per the establishment visited. It is a shame that the customer service will be the reason this location loses my business. The older woman with a shaved head and grey hair is exponentially rude. My kids had promotion coupons from school for a free mini that they got for valentine's day, she looked at it and told me it expired on the 15th and when I said no ma'am it expires 4/25 she proceeded to tell me I was wrong which led to the other employee intervening and correcting her. She never apologized. Every time my kids asked for a sample(which they offered at no cost) and they only asked for 2 samples, they came with an eye roll. Then when she couldn't get the
