Sumalee's Thai Cuisine

Tried for the first time-atmosphere was lacking. Overall it was good, but we’ll stick to our “go to” Thai place. Service was friendly. We ordered Rama Noodles, they were good, but they were out of spinach. Penang curry with tofu was very good, I even took the leftovers and ate it the next day. Sweet and sour chicken was also good but the chicken seemed unseasoned, maybe precooked and added to the dish. The interior is rough with beat up walls and floors. I was put off by the way they store the take out containers in a cabinet, bottom shelf close to the floor.

Always the BEST Thai food we’ve ever had, no matter what you order. That’s coming from a family who absolutely loves Thai food! The staff is always incredibly kind and efficient to boot. Super comfortable, clean atmosphere! Never disappointed here, thank you! Update: Sorry to be making this update… a couple of times now, but this evening especially… WAY too spicy. Can feel the texture of what I presume are chili flakes in my 2-star Pad Thai which is definitely at least at a 3 if not 4.

Great find off Hwy 162 in Bonney Lake. Great service with a smile. I had the Chicken Red Curry special. Tasty fresh rolls with their house made sauce. The curry at heat level 3 was perfectly balanced with the flavor of the red Chile and the heat. It was creamy and you could tell it was from the coconut milk with some cream. Plenty of veggies and chicken. I was the perfect amount of food for a quick lunch. I will be back again on my next time through the area. I am giving a 4 star only because my coworker was not fond of her pineapple fried rice.

We ordered the fresh rolls, duck noodle soup, and panang curry. All were okay, but not necessarily our favorite. The atmosphere was pretty basic and small. The service was okay. We ordered jasmine tea and were given coffee cups instead of tea cups 🤔. That was a bit strange and the menu didn't have a lot of options.

Me and my daughter got food poisoning here with their beef dishes we have been throwing up all night . orange chicken that my other two daughters had. The chicken was hard as a rock. We sent one of them back. My other daughter ate it but she thought It was disgusting. I thought the pad thai tasted off and so did my pad sew ew really gross don't go here.
