My wife and I both love this deli. Wife's favorite is the figgy sandwich and mines the BLT with extra bacon. The prices are medium to high, but with fresh everything ingredients and your sandwiches come with chips no extra charge, it's well worth it. And well worth the extra drive from Lakewood. Wife says the Carmel Pecan cookie worth the trip by itself. We will definitely be going back each time we'd like a great sandwich and dessert. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ CJ’s Deli in Bonney Lake is an absolute gem! Everything on the menu is amazing — the sandwiches and salads are fresh and delicious, and the desserts are hands down the best you’ll find. From pies to cookies to rolls, every bite is incredible. The service is just as wonderful as the food. The owner, Connie, is almost always there, working hard with a smile on her face. She is so sweet, caring, and truly puts her heart into everything she makes. You can tell how much pride she takes in her food and her customers. If you haven’t been to CJ’s Deli yet, you’re missing out. Amazing food and even better people — highly recommend!

Oh My God. I was told about CJs deli by a potential customer of mine, so I stopped in for lunch. I can confidently say my life is changed. Every thing about this place amazes me. The roast beef sandwich was unbeatable. Perfect textures and flavors. I’m glad this place is so far from my house because I would go bankrupt if it was any closer.

Currently in the middle of a kitchen remodel, we decided to grab takeout from CJ’s since our neighbors highly recommended it. We’re truly disappointed. Pastrami sandwiches and Philly cheesesteaks are known for being packed with meat (that’s why we ordered them), but our pastrami had a measly one or two slices, and the Philly was no better. When customers pay nearly $30 for two sandwiches, you should do better. It’s frustrating because the flavor was there. I also hate to criticize a local business, especially since I’d rather support them over a chain like Jersey Mike’s, but I’m posting this in hopes other customers know what to expect.

I was surprised at the size of the sandwich for the price…over $17 for a small croissant sandwich and a bag of chips…yikes. I guess that’s just how it is nowadays… BUT, once I took a bite, I no longer cared. I grew up in NY and struggle to find good delis here…this is by far the best sandwich I’ve had in WA. I’ll def be back to try more!
