Desperately needed a professional help of a CPA, who is knowledgeable in this immigrant related matters, and gave it a shot with Ryan Song CPA. His staff was kind and Song CPA was super knowledgeable and ORGANIZED. We didn't have much time and had no knowledge but it was easy to gather documents and follow process with Song CPA. I run several small businesses. It is extremely important to have a good accountant and CPA. Often these professionals don't follow up with the things that they mentioned nor stay on the timelines. However, Ryan and his team were punctual and delivered what they said. I strongly recommend this Ryan and his team.

It was a bad experience, and I was very disappointed. I visited this CPA firm to handle very last-minute tax services. I tried to get a service quote via phone before my appointment, but his assistant said they could not disclose the fee due to internal policy. When I walked into the firm, it was like they did not welcome walk-in clients, and the owner (CPA Song) showed his facial impression that he did not like either. Based on my experience, the CPA Song is hypercritical, arrogant, and argumentative to the client. Do not expect decent customer service from him; he is unwilling to help clients when they need professional advice. In conclusion, he turned down the client, and I wasted valuable time.
