Sugarmill Restaurant

We went for breakfast. The waitress was super friendly and efficient. The food came put hot and didn't take long. The only thing I didn't like is I could taste the grill oil on my hash browns. I've never had hashbrowns that's tasted like crappy grill oil before. I have them to "Mikey" and he ate them so I never bothered the waitress. My omelets was tasty.

Anytime we are in the area, we always stop in for breakfast, lunch or dinner. One of the only spots that are open till 7 PM for dinner. ( Wed, Thurs, Fri ) Great food for a great price. The staff is always very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The dinner specials are excellent and priced right. Definitely recommend the Sugarmill Restaurant.

We had stopped going here because of little things that were important to us. They used nondairy creamer, margarine, high fructose ketchup... all the cheap stuff that said, 'we don't care about your health'. BUT we decided to try it again 2 years later. Half n half for your coffee, REAL butter, good ketchup made with real sugar!!! KUDOS, SUGARMILL. Now, do something about that pancake syrup. Yes, we WILL go back.

We had asked if we could bring our dogs 2 months ago. They said we could as long as they stayed underneath the table. We get there and they won't allow the dogs in. But there is an outdoor table we could go to. The grill wasn't working. Play fumbled around for a half an hour, sending three people to try and fail to resurrect this grill. This is the reason why we went to this restaurant in the first place was to be able to grill our pancakes and so on. Is if that weren't disappointing enough it seemed as if the the hostess was angry with us. We got very poor service, refills on coffee, the one order taking a long time to be delivered. We were very disappointed. One person opened up the grill with a knife, saying that he would bring us another setting of silverware, that didn't happen. The a

If you love chicken fried (a/k/a country fried) steak, you’ll love this place! Best I’ve had outside of Texas! And the service from Shavon was first class. It ain’t fancy but it’s awesome, my new favorite breakfast place in Homosassa! 🍳
