Totally worth it! The ribs, pickle salad, with toasted broccoli was a high 20 stars...never had better tasting, texture, and hidden moist juicy meat. My friend had a smoked rib sandwich along with Mac and cheese. It was Amazing also. Meat just fell apart soon as it slides off the fork to taste. If I lived closer than 4 hours away. Let me say.. the staff would know me by my first name. So yes, go get the best bbq ever. Atmosphere is a high 10. Very clean. Staff was wonderful. Bathrooms were very clean. Well ran establishment.
Ordered the half rack dinner which came with two sides and I ordered an extra side. Rubs were fall off the bone and seasoned ok. Could be a little better on seasoning. A selection of bbq sauces is available. My friend ordered two meat platter with brisket and ribs. Brisket was super tender but his ribs had some dried out portions that had been on the heat too long but were still good. The 8-piece hush puppies with spicy jelly were fantastic! Cole slaw and baked beans were also good. The drink fountain contains regional sodas and it appears that coke and Pepsi are not available. Would definitely return and try some of the other offerings.
The service was wonderful and the food was delicious!! The gentleman taking our order realized it may be our first time and recommended a plate we could experience four types of meat and share (The Meat Daddy) The brisket, pork, turkey breast and sausage were tender and moist and tasted really good. The Mac and cheese and hash brown casserole was good as was the 4-berry cobbler!!! Two of us shared theeal and brought half of it home. They make the BBQ sauces. My favorite is the Texas Heat. I would definitely eat there again and try the sandwiches; they are huge!
We had the “Meet Daddy” platter at Sugarfire in Farmington, Missouri and everything was absolutely delicious! It was the perfect option for sharing, generous portions and a great variety so we could try a little bit of everything. The pricing was very reasonable for the amount (and quality) of food we received. Every bite was flavorful and cooked perfectly. What really stood out was the owner. He was so delightful and welcoming, he personally asked if we liked everything and helped recommend exactly what to order when we told him we wanted something to share. That kind of service makes the experience even better.
Huge brisket sandwich, really good mac and cheese and amazing soda. 10/10. Will be back.
