Sugar Skull Salsa

This is the absolute best salsa I have ever had in my life! I consider myself to be a salsa connoisseur, and I’m always after the perfect one… I have found it! I have tried all of their varieties, but my preference is the green, medium salsa. You can taste that it is made fresh and is so flavorful with the perfect balance of flavors, tomato and texture. Though I have not tried any of their food such as the tamales, we have also tried their white cilantro sauce, and it is the perfect addition to fish tacos or any Mexican dish. When I traveled over the summer, I brought some of the salsa to my family and now they eagerly look forward to the possibility of Sugar Skull being able to ship in the future! Sugar Skull is the best food at the market! It’s also the main reason we go. The taquitos are incredible!! We also love all their salsas and are regularly stocking up! John and his crew are the nicest people and we’re fans/customers for life!

Ordered a pork tamale at the Manassas farmer’s market and it was just perfect. There aren’t many places in northern Virginia that can do real Mexican food justice. The tamale was thick and the masa perfectly seasoned with chile. A must for anyone looking for authentic Mexican food.

I love their food. I purposely go to the farmers market in Manassas just to get the taquito’s, salsa and cilantro sauces. Yummy!!!
