I cannot say enough good things about Chef Swoles meal service!! The meals are fresh, and the ingredients are sourced locally and are organic. The portions are a good size and actually worth what you are paying for. The quality of the meal is outstanding and nourishing, unlike the mush other food services try to sell. And the macro information is pertinent for me to stay on track without having to meal prep myself. It is perfect if you are busy and don’t have time to meal prep, it is great for those who are tired of cooking/eating the same thing over and over as his menu changes weekly. I wish we had found him sooner! He is also very accommodating if you have any allergies, with a quick email he is able to restructure your meals for the week. Thank you Chef Swole!

Excellent food at an excellent value. I was quoted $35/meal by a private chef. Chef Swole offers the same quality for ~$11/meal, and using MacroFactor/MyFitnessPal is super easy with the macros on the lid.

I’ve been using Meals by Chef Swole for almost three years this time and two years a previous time (I had to move away for two years for the military). These meals are great and better than some of the more national services. Prices are reasonable, food is healthy and delicious, and I prefer helping a local business too. Yo I can’t go wrong here!

I ordered meals for my sister in law and her family. She is currently fighting breast cancer and these meals have been life savers for her sanity and her health. Busy day? Too tired? Update: They have difficulties with the food labels and it makes me nervous the macros are not correct. The labeling is inconsistent and has been incorrect. After a month, I am sad to most likely pause the macros service and will see if I can switch to the other service they have that already is cooked for standard orders. I just tried the macros and delivery service for the first time. They were responsive via email and I liked how you can order online. The food was delicious and on plan. I am excited to continue with the meal service because it really simplified my schedule by knowing that meals will be delivered on Sunday. I rely on Chef Swole for my lunches and dinners.
