Sugar Factory - Atlantic City

It was was so good that I went 2 times within 3 days. First time with one other person and alone the second. Each time I had the Baja Fish Tacos (the second time it came with fries) and the Baby Love Mimosa, which were amazing both times. The service is great even with how busy it can get. I would definitely return and recommend.

I absolutely love Sugar Factory it’s my kids favorite place! Honestly, they go more for the aesthetic than anything, and I can’t even blame them. The way it’s decorated for every holiday makes it feel so magical and exciting for them every single time. The only downside was arriving at the location and dealing with having to find parking and the seating policy. We had a 3 PM reservation and got there right on time, but because the rest of our group was still parking, we weren’t allowed to be seated. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes. After we were finally seated, it took another 20 minutes for the food to come out. I completely understand that policies are in place for a reason, but when part of the party is present and ready to order especially with kids it would be really helpful to

Pasta was on point! I had chicken Alfredo and my husband ordered spaghetti that was so delicious. Perfectly cooked noodles and both dishes was hitting! The spaghetti sauce reminded me of pene vodka sauce and both dishes were so cheesy, had the cheese pull u want. The service was good and the environment was clean and beautifully decorated for valentines day. Beautiful bathroom.

I really enjoyed this place! All the designs, the chill vibe, etc. Perfect place for families that just want to spend time together without going to a fancy place. I recommend going if you have a child that is younger, like 13 and under. Our waiter, Denise Bayan, was VERY nice, and I saw every other waiter was kind as well. I loved this place overall and highly recommend it for families!

Crystal, the manager was AMAZING! She gave her expertise and recommendations on The Sugar Factory's menu selection. She worked the section she was serving with grace and a beautiful smile. Their chicken Parmesan entrée was huge, enough for four people. So, if you're worried about portion sizes The Sugar Factory doe not miss! We have truly enjoyed ourselves. The ambiance, food and service was exceptional and a must try!
