Do not order online from here. Ordered two simple sandwiches for kids and arrived when the app said they would be ready. Only one person working there and she took care of all of the customers in line before even looking at the online orders. After restaurant cleared out and 20 minutes later finally started our sandwiches. Need to change your system or hire more employees!

I just wanted to say that the store manager here was great. She was there for hours by herself, and she was swamped and she still had a good attitude. there is no reason that she should have been alone, especially when it was busy. so whoever you are as far as the owner goes, she needs help especially if you don’t want to Luz as nice of a person as she is. And maybe pay her what she’s worth.

Terrible service… Very disappointed with the staff there. A city like Orlando that receives the number of tourists per year, the top team puts two people to work who have no patience at all just because my English is not good. You don't need to treat customers badly the way I was treated. Specifically today it was a boy and a girl. SIMPLY HORRIBLE.

Kelly was great! By far the best customer service i have ever received from Subway! Will definitely be coming here from now on! Thank you for the great service! Restaurant was very clean and organized. Kelly prepared the sandwiches precise and efficient! Kelly was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied!

The lack of customer service of this location is incredible. The employed was no pleasend l, when i ask for my sadwich look like i was bothering the employee. "I requested additional lettuce and he appeared quite displeased by my request. I will reconsider returning to this establishment in the future."
