Jeremiah's Italian Ice

First time trying Jeremiah’s Italian Ice and it was pretty good. This is a walkup location with tables/seating available just steps away from the window. The staff allowed me to try a couple samples while I was trying to figure out what I wanted. They friendly and didn’t rush me even though it was a bit busy. While I can’t say I will make a special trip for it. I can say it would be in the running if I am out and want a sweet treat.

First and last visit to this location. I’ve been to multiple locations and have never experienced the lack of professionalism and customer service from any of the locations until now. The young man that was working the counter was easily frustrated with me due to asking questions about the menu items. Was never greeted nor offered any samples of the flavors I was asking about. Instead was told “oh we are out of that flavor” but the flavor was listed on all the boards. I then asked about using a reward and got the hand on the hip response. Was served my treat that appears to be underserved as this is not to the standards to which I’ve received from visiting other locations and not a farewell greeting. Except the slamming of the window closed upon me walking away with my treat. Really deters

Best way to cool down from the heat. So many flavors to choose. One of the best italian ice i have ever had. Must visit when you’re in town.

Had a 2 for 1 coupon. Excellent ice cream. A bit on the expensive side, but worth it.

I haven't been to this location in a while, but have always enjoyed stopping by! The staff is very friendly, the place is always clean & bright, and the location is very convenient. This time I tried one of their 'Candy Shoppe' flavors, the Blue Razz, a blue raspberry flavor with vanilla ice cream with colorful Nerds candy. It was delicious and a great addition to their menu!
