Subway

The first time it happens I could write it off as genuine error. Twice, then I believe they are out to con the customer. When you order with them using the Subway App, they skip some ingredients and skimp on others. This is regardless of providing clear instructions. There is no way in the App to contact Subway headquarters to file a complaint. So congratulations you guys, you win this round. But in the end you lost me as a customer for sure.

So, the meatball is supposed to be the Meal of the Day, but I’m still charged $12.66 instead of the advertised $6.99. They also charge for bags and aren’t a fully participating Subway. To top it off, they didn’t take the reward coupons, and napkins aren’t available and have to be requested. It’s a very strict place. Despite these issues, I still make this a once-a-month stop for sandwiches during my work lunch hours. The Indian guy is the best and the friendliest. 7/18/2025 update Still having issues with being charged the wrong amount. Supposed to be $6.99 for the meal of the day. They are charging something for something extra and not following the posted sign rules. Subway is certainly abusing and price gouging our community and neighborhood. I’ll send a message to the landlord to see

I really wish this location would improve but I’ve given it many chances and no luck. On one occasion I picked up an order of subs and one was placed in the bag with no paper on it. A sandwich just sitting in a bag while the others were wrapped in paper. Another time I got a turkey sandwich that was missing the turkey??? I went back to have it corrected but no apology. So I’ve given up. They also don’t take Subway coupons. I’ll drive to another location.

Always friendly, always fast. It’s. A busy location and they just keep pumping out the orders with a smile. Always making sure they get the orders correct.

Honestly terrible. Being on the road for work I frequent many subways. This is the worst I've been too. They don't listen and care more about talking to each other. Messed up my sandwich twice while making(forgot the egg on a bacon egg and cheese) then toasted the sandwich a second time when I pointed it out Then 4(legitimately) pieces of spinach as the spinach topping. Not to forget they were messing up the girls sandwhich behind me too. Stay away from this place.
