What an amazing resource our community has! Mary was incredibly helpful with my printing project - and guided me in creating something memorable for my friends! Wish I could give 10 stars like she deserves!

I had an amazing experience with Marie during Tech Help. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and EXTREMELY patient. I was struggling with a project and she not only pointed me in the right direction, but took the time to SHOW me how to do it. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated and willing to take the extra step and help find the info that was needed to complete my task. Her support made a big difference in the outcome and time needed to complete this. It's great to know that the drop-in service is available if I have a small question, and that the one-on-one is also available if my issue is a bit more involved. Thank you for going above and beyond! You are an asset to the WPL!!

I wandered into the library and declared “I’ve got a hard question for you…” to the women at the circulation desk. Anyone else would have come up with an excuse to run away but that’s not Lori and Lisa! They both smiled at me, listened and then used multiple methods to try and help me. Unbelievable! I would have never expected such unparalleled customer service but these two got the job done! Also be sure to check out the kids room upstairs. Great space with some very fun toys, coloring and of course, plenty of books. Thanks, Lori and Lisa!
