Subway (White City)

On New Years Eve, 2025, so last night, around 5:15, I placed an order online for 2 sandwiches. It said they’d be ready by 5:30-45. My husband picked them up. I opened mine, and it only had meat, mustard, and mayo… none of the veggies I wanted. My husband opened his, and he always gets everything in it. He had 2 cucumber slices on his, and a couple jalapeños. We were disappointed, and didn’t want to drive all the way back, since we live further out. I went in there tonight around 5ish and showed the worker my receipt and explained to him what had happened. He said it was him, and he knows he put veggies on those sandwiches. His name is Ramon. He’s just a kid. I showed him the picture I took of my sandwich, and he said I could be lying. I told him, that he doesn’t know me from Bob, but why w

10/10 experience. The food was phenomenally made by Kira. Her attitude, attention to detail, and customer service were top tier. I've never in my entire life had this quality of sandwich from a subway. I'd move halfway across the country for her to make it again.

The girl,Kira, that was working there was personable and extremely accommodating. I return to that Subway just for her service and friendliness. She always makes me feel like family.

Food was right on point girl named Kira was absolutely amazing she was super sweet asked me everything I wanted on my sandwiches absolutely amazing would go back just because of her.

Beautiful service by Kira she was very sweet and talkative had a smile on her face perfect customer service.
