Dutch Bros Coffee

I really wish I didn’t have to write this, but here we are. I ordered a coffee, and after drinking most of it, I discovered an insect floating at the bottom. Not exactly the kind of “extra protein” I was looking for first thing in the morning. The coffee itself tasted fine up until that point, but needless to say, the experience completely ruined it. I expect basic cleanliness and quality control from any café, and this was unacceptable. I hope the management takes this seriously and checks their preparation areas — no one should have to find a bug in their drink.

Dutch bros is fantastic. The energy and friendly staff are usually amazing. I prefer the mocha mudslide and felt like I was in heaven! I do wish they had some type of dress code though. Everyone in there though very nice and sweet, looked like they just rolled out of bed and got their clothes from the dirty hamper. I know Dutch bros wants their employees to “express themselves” but from what I’ve seen that just means lazy and unwashed. Still love the vibes and drinks!

Iced Americano with Cream and add shot purchased yesterday 5/23/25 tasted bitter and or sour unable to drink it … this is my normal daily order usually great but yesterday tasted spoiled. This place has it going on!! The coffees, frappuccinos anything really, can be made customized to order. I had a coconut mocha blended drink. Delicious, tasted like an almond joy. They have all flavors and aren't afraid to mix'em together.
