Subway

Decent. I visited there with my son and he loves tuna sandwiches. Staff is good with me and its a quick in and out which means good for me.

I’ve came to this subway before and a guy took my order at the time. Now when I came today that lady started out with an attitude. I wanted bell pepper and things on my sandwich and she was like you can’t have that it’s a lot of toppings (lettuce banana pepper tomato) I’m like I never heard that before. The amount your putting on the sandwich you acting like the toppings coming from your pay check. Mind you she had an attitude when she came from the back after me waiting for 5 minutes for an order. I then saying stuff under her breath very unprofessional

Everything was fine until I paid, the employee saw that I didn't leave a tip and she didn't like it... 1st and last time I go to this place. Whoever is the owner, you are loosing customers just by having employees that are not capable of treating customers the right way. TIPPING IS NOT REQUIRED, LAST TIME I CHECKED!!!!!! Am I my getting a sandwich, drink, chips or cookie for free?? NOPE !!!! Is this a 5 star restaurant where I get the full service, NOPE!!!! So to the lady, STOP complaining and focus more on how you can improve your job and attitude !!!!!!!

I have tried to give this Subway location a chance after chance and thought “maybe” next time my sandwich will be good…nope…if there is anything you can expect from this establishment, it’s a terribly prepared sandwich EACH time. What upsets me most is I use the mobile ordering feature to see what deals I can get and come to pick up. They continually forget to add cheese, make a salad out of your sandwich, if they toasted it or not is questionable and it’s just not the quality Subway stands behind. Don’t get me wrong I’m not expecting some picture perfect sandwich like on the commercials but I do expect better quality and service. The photo below is “supposed to be” an All American. It is unfortunate that this is the second time in the branches of Subway vegetables are old and very clear. Is it negligence or saving in selling old and previously cut vegetables?
