I had a delightful experience ordering baked goods from Valerie for my daughter's first communion party. The desserts were not only visually stunning but also exceptionally delicious! I chose a selection of mini fruit tarts, French macarons, a medium cookie set, and cupcakes. My daughter and nieces often reminisce about the wonderful treats from the celebration—they really were a hit! The ordering process was straightforward, and Valerie provided detailed pickup instructions, which made everything seamless. She was friendly and polite, always ready to answer my questions. Valerie did a fantastic job on our wedding cake. We chose a two tier with different flavors for each. Each cake was delicious and I received many compliments from my guests. But the real awe inspiring was the design. I sent her a picture of what I was looking for and my wedding colors. When I saw my cake I couldn’t stop smiling. She hit it out of the park. Stop looking and choose Lily’s Cakes & Bakes. I will be using her again for future events.

We ordered cupcakes from Lily’s Cakes and Bakes for a gender reveal. Valerie was super responsive and communicative. When I sent the online inquiry, she called immediately to walk me through the packages and make sure I understood her offerings. Invoices and pick up instructions were all very timely with clear directions. The cupcakes we got were adorable and delicious. All the guests were very complimentary and wanted to know where we got them because there isn’t a good bakery in Downers Grove! I would definitely order again for a special event.

I ordered two birthday cakes for my daughters from Lilys Cakes n Bakes . They were gorgeous and the delivery service was timely She did a fantastic job! I will absolutely be a returning customer. She is creative and accommodating to all the ideas I had. I highly recommend her for any occasion .

I ordered dinosaur cookies & cupcakes for my son’s birthday party and received compliments on how delicious the cupcakes were - they were all gone before I could snap a picture! The cookies (came pre wrapped) were also delicious and so adorable! I provided pictures of what I wanted and they turned out beautifully (better than the pictures)! Great quality and delicious! I will definitely be re-ordering from Lily’s in the future!
