Subway

I’ve eaten at this Subway before and never had an issue, which is why I wanted to share this experience. I ate here last Friday, and within a few hours I became extremely ill and could not stop vomiting for several hours. I hadn’t eaten anything else unusual that day. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews food handling and cleanliness practices. I wanted to share this for awareness, as this was not my usual experience at this location.

Hate making this kind of review, but the second lady who was finishing up my order only put veggies on one half of the sandwich! No way that was accidental.. I was waiting by the register so maybe she thought she could get away with that kind of laziness. I didn't realize until I went home and noticed my sandwich tasted off, but I saw her put some veggies when I was there.. so when I opened up the sandwich that's when I could see she legit only put veggies on half. I was frustrated. I went back because thankfully I live close by, and the other lady was able to remake it for me. But I wonder about folks who don't have the luxury of being able to go right back to the store. And its such an inconvenience, especially when you're hungry. That type of service isn't right. Service and sandwich were fine however there are particulates coming out of the soda machine. Paid for a drink that I will not consume.

I went there today. I ordered a veggie sub, and asked for another plain Italian bread as I explained it to the worker already that this is how my son likes it no veggies only bread, just plain bread. There was another worker, a lady( I believe the manager), who was very rude and judgmental. And said we don’t sell plain bread, when I had purchased the plain bread along with my other orders multiple times before. No issues at all. They charged me $8 for just the plain bread, and I paid only because that’s how my son likes it and he asked for subway. The other worker (the guy) who took my order said to me “ why don’t you go to Walmart and get the whole bread”. I remained calm as I didn’t want to create a scene, but this is no way to deal or talk to a customer. I will not be going to this subw

Poor customer service....I walked into this location and the two staff members were chatting. Rather than pause their conversation, they continued to talk before one walked over to take my order. Once I ordered, they continued their conversation the entire time as if I wasn't there...their conversation was about another employee they were complaining about, so not something customers should be hearing to begin with. The food was fine, basic subway, was just disappointed that they didn't care about the customer.
