I don't like giving negative reviews as I know that people work hard and have bad days. But there's no way you forget the meatballs in a meatball sub and don't put bacon on the American club. I ordered online. Again, I don't like doing this but come on!

Anytime an app order is placed the sandwich is wrong and it looks like someone rolled around on it after making it. Staff argues with you when items missing. Anyone ever try to get guacamole off something? It’s green and sinks in. But the staff argue. Photos, no fresh mozzarella or avocado like it was supposed to have. Also see two wraps and the polite note to please cut each wrap in half and double check ingredients. Wraps not cut in half and missing 1/2 of the requested ingredients. Also ordered a steak wrap and added bacon and you can barely see any steak or meat. Wraps are supposed to have the same amount of meat as a footlong. AND YOU PAY FOR IT. Lady behind the counter is very rude and snippy. Absolutely no people skills.

I just took my two kiddos to eat lunch, and the current workers on 9/30 at 11:30, are so rude. We don't like coming to this location due to it. My husband and I use to love subway. Food is alright, but the customer service isn't worth it. There is a bigger set older gal. Short, with glasses who must hate her job. My husband has dealt with her being just rude and bitter, and I made a Facebook status not long ago and apparently it's a group consensus. It's unfortunate.

There was two ladies there and older lady who was making sandwiches then at younger girl she was very nice and pleasant but the lady who was making our sandwiches she was rude and not pleasant at all no smile I said something g like I want this kind of bread and she knew what was there she said I can't see what you want she also had the lid where you could not see her making the sandwich I do not think I will be back to this one I will go to wautoma the guys in there are much nicer
