HORRIBLE DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT NAME CEASER!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!! I went into Waterford ct subway and ordered two subs one of my subs came wrong even though I was in the store I was watching my son and talking to the manager for my order he made me 6” first then I asked for the foot long the same way he gave me the wrong bread and gave me ham instead of turkey that is a HORRIBLE mistake. Then I reached home and opened my sandwich and saw it was ham not turkey and that the bread was wrong I called the store and said hey my sandwich was wrong and he told me bring in my sandwich and I said I don’t drive I can not bring it in and he said so tomorrow bring in my sandwich and I said I don’t know if I will have a ride tomorrow and he said well I don’t know if it’s because you were paying

Get the #6 or otherwise known as The Boss. It’s awesome. Workers are very quick and friendly. Lines are typically extremely short so not a problem ordering.

Spanish man there name Cesar has a horrible attitude i usually turn around when i see him cause he’s service is terrible im glade to see there’s another honest review today because it’s important for us to speak up and know who your giving your money to I decided I’m never going to that subway again Cesar is a terrible representative of the company

Worst Experience!!! Ordered over $50 worth of sandwiches and tipped $5 on the app for a family little league game outing in Quaker Hill. Arriving at the game we opened the sandwiches to find out two of the sandwiches were wrong. A toasted sandwich was not (no big deal) a footlong order was filled with a 6” sandwich. This was going to be split for two people. I tried to call the store several times but the phone was never answered. After the game I returned to the store to either get the second half of the sandwich or refund. The guy making sandwiches got in my face and told me I had to bring the food back. No refund no sandwich.

I don’t normally have a problem with this subway and I hate to complain but this is ridiculous. My Husband went there to get us something to eat. He got a sub and I just wanted a salad… I don’t know who was making them but they need to be retrained. My husband’s sandwich had barely anything on it and didn’t get what he was asking for. My salad was a handful of chicken with a “dusting” of lettuce and a lot of dressing.. we went yesterday for the same thing and didn’t have any issues..
