Subway

The worst ive ever got just chicken and sauce when it was supposed to have cheese spinach onions huge disappointment when you dont feel good either. Shame on you subway, it wasnt even that late the employee was cursing rushing people out of the store @ 625pm complaining about having to do a money drop not to mention this was our online order an wasnt ready when it was scheduled either. Do better an show more professionalism !!!

Tonight I ordered 2 sandwiches in the app. I arrived in the store to learn that they’re out of bread and vegetables and can’t make my sandwiches. They also can’t give me a refund they said. So they just took my money and didn’t give me a sandwich. This has to be illegal? In general, sandwiches are often made wrong and/or the ingredients look old. And they’re not willing to make it right when they mess up. I won’t be coming here again any time soon.

I drove all the way from the job corps area in Astoria to go to this subway because they have always been great. Well not today (10-4-25) the dark haired girl was extremely rude and kept asking if that was it before we were even done. I called several times due to I left some of my food there(which I thought was all in the same bag) but no one ever answered the phone. So now I'm out that money because I'm not driving that far again after working all day.

I previously gave this place 5 stars because of an employee named Noah, do not order deliver from here. They mess it up every single time and they give you the run around and never refund you or replace the meal, I thought I would give it another try because it's been so long and or course, my order was messed up. It's just not worth it.

Noah!! You are amazing! Noah was left all alone and had lunch rushes. They were polite, kind, and professional. I hope their work ethic is appreciated and noticed!
