I placed a mobile order and went inside to pick it up. Since the dining room had just been newly renovated, I decided to sit down and eat there. After finishing my meal, I went to use the restroom before leaving. Both the manager and the clerk watched me walk toward the bathroom, knowing it had been locked. When I returned to the counter and asked for access, the manager stated that they lock the restroom in the afternoons. I asked, “Even for customers?” He responded, “For everyone.” There was no explanation offered, no apology for the inconvenience—nothing. I had a very pleasant experience with my server. She was nice! The place was absolutely beautiful! Everything was so shiny and clear! I will absolutely be back!!

Never had a bad experience here. Everyone is polite. The prices have gone up, but so has everything else 🙃

This location doesn’t know what they want to do. I came in to use a coupon yesterday and was told I can’t use it on chicken or steak. Another time I was told I couldn’t use them at all. It all depends on who’s working. Another time I had an amazing experience.

Super clean, very friendly and hard working staff that were helpful, quick and smiled. Every single person on staff when I visited (and I hope corporate sees this-check your staffing schedule for 6:15ish pm on April 18, 2005. Two lovely young men and three lovely young women. They deserve raises. Of course I tipped them but come on, please pay these honest, hard working people a real living wage with healthcare. And I’m not just talking subway-it’s a systemic issue in the USA. Be the change you want to be! Thanks guys for the fresh meal and smiles. Appreciate each of you.
