Subway

This is another poor review for the blond bearded guy, he had a young blonde sidekick as well. My family walked in when no other customers were in the store. Two workers did not say hello, or inform us that it would be a minute. We waited for about 5 minutes while they worked on several orders for pickup. We stood patiently at the counter. We started to use some MN passive aggressive comments to each other about whether they served food in this location to customers that don't call in an order for pickup. The workers rolled their eyes at our comments and still did not look up to say hello. I asked my family if this is the kind of business that they wish to support; hoping they would take interest in us. They continued to ignore us. The worker at this particular subway had one of the worst attitudes that I have ever experienced and I don’t say that lightly. He was huffing and puffing while making the sandwich and was very angry. I think there needs to be a lot of training about vibes at this restaurant, the vibe was very terrible and I don’t expect a lot from fast food, but it was actually really sad and maybe he’s having a bad day and I wanna give him the benefit of the doubt, but his anger and his rage was Terrible all because we asked that he not cook the bacon, and I even asked him if he was having a bad day and he wouldn’t even look at us or acknowledge us. People should not work in customer service if they have this much hate in their hearts.

I ordered drive through. It was very easy as it pulled up my old orders. But the subs.....almost no lettuce was placed in both subs. Very disappointing. We live 1 hr away so I wasn't going to go back and have it corrected. Wasn't worth the stop.

The new automated ordering makes it so they can take as long as they'd like to prepare and skimp on all ingredients very disappointing. I ordered a sub with everything besides onions and black olives, I got 2 jalapenos on a foot long and the stem of a jalapeno it wouldn't have been so bad if there were more veggies on the sub and that's why it wasn't noticed but I only got 2 slices and a stem😞. The other sub not pictured looked the same with little to no veggies, not impressed at all.

I got 3 subs and I put a pretty hefty amount of veggies on each one. They put possibly the least amount of veggies they possible could. 3 banana peppers, 3 black olives, 5 pickles, and 4 strings of onions. It feels like I paid for bread...
