Subway

The lady who was making my sandwich was moving like she was on something. Also got pretty rude when I asked to add other things on the sandwich because it was a mobile order and they were out of lettuce and tomatoes... a sandwich shop out of lettuce and tomatoes???? What??

first of all, the app is super user unfriendly. i had to call about 10 times to get anyone to answer the phone at this location. when they answered they were the most unenthusiastic sounding, and wasnt able to help cancel my order due to the app sending my order to the wrong location this one thats 30 minutes away opposed to across the street). they then said id have to go through whatever app i used to order which was subways specific app to get a refund.

Every time I come here the workers are so kind, it’s very clean, and service is always super fast! By far the best subway I’ve ever been to.

This is the only subway location I visit in the tulsa metro area. I love that this is a family run business. They know their customers and interact with them as if they are friends. They say welcome in our hello when you come in and goodbye or thank you for coming when you leave. I love this added personal touch. The food is great.

My first interaction with them was fine, but my wife had my card no problem right? The employees told me it was no problem if I ran up the road toy wife office to pick it up.So I was just going to pay for them when I returned. However when I returned there was now only a single employee there. When I asked about my order I was very impolitely told " I don't know nothing about that this a whole new Subway right now." And as a former employee of the franchise I kinda feel like this location may not meet or exceed standards. Hope they handle the food better than the customers.
