Subway

Savannah and another coworker (I didn’t see a name tag) helped me. Savannah was friendly. It was quick, and it looks delicious which is exactly what I needed. A little low energy but I’d expect that around 4pm on a hot day.

This was a great place to stop for lunch and a rest. Handicap access at parking. Kid friendly. No masks required. Neat and clean interior. Restrooms were well maintained. Customers were mostly travelers. It was nice and quiet inside. Customer service at the Subway counter was excellent. Server was friendly, efficient and helpful. She prepared our orders and rang up the sale with no delay. Prices were reasonable. The sandwiches were delicious. Fresh and tasty. We will definitely stop here again.

The 6 inch turkey sandwich comes with 6 slices of turkey. Today (9/11/25 at 12:54pm) I asked them if they could please only put 3 slices in my sandwich and give me the other 3 slices on the side on the wrapper with my sandwich (so I can give it to my dog). They charged me for "extra turkey" ($1.50 extra) to put the slices I'm already paying for on the outside of the bread on the same wrapper. I also tipped them 20% and I didn't realize they charged me extra until we were in the car on the road. We always stop here a few times every year during our road trips, but definitely not going to anymore. Charging your customers extra for putting the slices on the outside of the bread is ridiculous.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway location. A young employee/customer (white kid) was unnecessarily rude and started an argument for no reason. Things escalated to the point where he even called the cops on me, which was completely uncalled for. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. Management should take responsibility to ensure staff/customers treat people with respect.

We have always had a very good experience with this place! Our sandwiches have been made just the way we like them. The staff is nice, friendly, welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this Subway in Tonopah, Nevada.
