Subway

The owners are not putting much of anything on these sandwiches. I got a footlocker. I had to ask if she put bacon. I barley got turkey and ham. A little vegetable. This sandwiche is so flat. I won't be back. 15 bucks for a piece of bread. SMH.

They need to learn to understand English go in to order my son food and they screw it up then going to tell me I have to pay for there screw up and they will fix it next time all I have to say if they are going to come here and try and run a business they need to speak and understand proper English or we need to do like Arkansas is and if they can’t shut them down and charge them the 10,000$ fine

This subway does not follow the new guidelines on honoring coupons. The manager says it's because theyre and independently owned store. Under subways corporate demands all stores should honor digital and paper programs for coupons. I don't suggest anyone go here ever. The employees are rude and very aggressive when trying to utilize your coupons. Also if you do decide to go here and they don't honor your coupon I suggest calling corporate and reporting it as soon as possible. Maybe they'll get the hint.

This is a small ticket item, but if they do this to everyone it does add up. I placed an order for a churro. My total came up to 2.20. When paying I scanned a reward to redeem points. I had a 2.00 credit. When I scanned my QR code it did not give me credit off of the churro but it deleted the credit from my app. The person at the counter would absolutely not help me. I did tell her simple mathematics shows a 2.20 order less a 2.00 credit should have been only a remaining 20 cents. She legitimately stared at me turned around to help the customer. There was no offer to see why the app didn’t credit the account or anything. She simply told me over and over the reward had been applied and it would be 2.20 for my order.

I just had the most uncomfortable experience. The gentlemen that worked there clearly were having a bad day. They were short with answers and snappy with comments. They were laughing and making snarky remarks to each other under their breath. It was just plain uncomfortable. There were quite a few people in line so maybe there were frustrated but they shouldn't act that way in front of customers IMO.
