What has happened at the Sumiton/dora location? The service used to be great but the past few times we have stopped, it has been terrible! We walked out because we couldn’t get anyone to take our order.

Everyone was really nice but ordered a double cheese burger it only had 1 piece of cheese and it was Swiss instead of American cheese

I’m a frequent flyer at this location and this morning I’m assuming the manager or one of the managers was talking to his employees like trash. If you’re going to be rude do it when you don’t have customers who can hear you or better yet don’t do it at all. I know how hard those employees work and that is completely uncalled for. Seriously disrespectful and unprofessional on his part. One of my favorite ladies works here and makes my day every morning. Learn to be nicer to your employees.

Slow. It was like this a few months ago and I haven’t been back since because of it. I figured maybe they got better but nope. Good is real good but the front line cashier is slow and does not seem to care.

Tried the new Mozzarella triangles. Too pricey for what you get. Soaked in cooking oil. I would not recommend them.
