Subway

Placed an online order. My order was missing toppings I asked for and had toppings I specifically said not to add on it....will not be back, again! I will take my business to the Subway inside Walmart instead.

If I could put 0 stars belive me I would. I order the same sub almost everytime through the mobile app. I live outside of town and the past 6times my subs have been made wrong. The first few times I didn't say anything but the past couple times I mentioned it I was met with a rude attitude. Today I placed an order as I usually do and to no surprise it was made wrong again. I called and was "respectfully" called a liar because the manger "supervised" my sub being made and no mistakes were made. When I stated this time I took a picture of the sub and my receipt I was met with "even I can go on google and get a photo of a bad sub" and was continuously treated poorly on the phone at which point I had to take it up with the owner. I always do a mobile order & leave a comment about what I like on my sub. I always say, please & thank you. Today, I got a response back & the note was so nice! :) & the food was delicious!!

I came here this past Saturday night for my nephew and I after a long day at the lake. We ended up being sick all weekend from the food. After I purchased our subs (which was literally $20 per person for 2 normal sub meals) I noticed there were bugs and flies all over the place when I went to get our drinks. I do not recommend this Subway if you value your body. I’ll be calling the health department as well as the manager or owner. This isn’t right. My nephew is 10 and neither one of us deserved that. I work hard for my money so when I go out, I expect to at least get what I pay for. I won’t be back and I’ll continue to tell others the truth about your facility.
