Subway

The Stony Brook Subway is by far the cleanest Subway location I’ve ever been to. It’s spotless, well-organized, and everything is always fresh and well-stocked. What truly sets this location apart is the woman who runs it—a hardworking, attentive Hispanic manager who clearly takes immense pride in her work. She’s so professional and welcoming that I honestly thought she was the owner. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality are unmatched.

I will not be back to this location after this SECOND problem with my orders. Problem #1 - Yesterday I ordered two subs, one was the Steak melt and another was a Turkey sub and they forgot to put cheese on the steak melt and forgot to toast BOTH sandwiches. I was disappointed but I let it go. Problem #2 - Today I gave them another chance and ordered two “Steak Melts” but instead I made sure to check both before leaving. They only put 1x cheese not 3x as stated on the order page and when I went to talk to them to ask why they told me it was the right amount and 3x cheese meant it was doubled not tripled and argued with me in front of customers about it. I mentioned what happened the day before about them forgetting to put the cheese and the girl said “I don’t know, I didn’t make it yesterda

Its 10:15 and this place is already closed whereas it shows it closes at 12. Disappointed 1/10

I ordered online at 6.30 pm for pickup. When I went to subway at 7 pm, my order was not ready. There were other customers waiting in line. And only one worker was working. I got the sandwich at 7.30 pm. Wasted my 1 hour for 2 sandwiches.

People working here have no idea what they are doing and are of no help. Worst service.
