Sora Omakase

Sora Omakase was my first omakase experience ever and let me just say… it didn’t disappoint. The food was amazing and the freshest fish I’ve ever had. The fish is imported weekly from Japan and you can literally taste it. The chef was so passionate and knowledgeable on the dishes he was preparing, it elevated the atmosphere even further. The service was one of the best server experiences I’ve ever had and I work in the industry. Nicole was so kind and answered every question we had with ease. She had great knowledge on the Sake presented and even taught me know to take aesthetic photos of the dishes. I know it’s on the pricier side but it is so worth it. I went there to celebrate my anniversary and will 100% be going again. Thank you to the chef and Nicole!!:)

Excellent omakase experience thanks to Chef Yama. The pacing, knife work, and attention to detail were spot on, with a strong focus on the quality of the ingredients rather than showmanship. The atmosphere at the counter was comfortable and professional. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a genuine, well-executed omakase.

My first omakase experience was phenomenal, an experience only outweighed by the service, staff (the Host, server and Chefs) A magical dining experience filled with laughs. I can't wait to go back!

Wow! Outstanding ambiance, service, and of course the food! This is top notch. The quality here of true Japanese food cannot be beat. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and interactive. Kudos to the wonderful and kind Chef. An experience like no other!!!
