Subway

Stopped by this Subway recently and had a really positive experience. One of the employees, Jaydin, helped me out, and for such a short interaction she delivered genuinely great service. She was friendly, quick, and attentive without making it feel rushed. It’s always nice when someone takes a brief moment and still makes you feel welcomed and taken care of. Definitely appreciated the professionalism and good energy.

Went to grab a pizza and a bowl soup around 6 in the afternoon, the two very young kids were working with ambition that left little to be desired. The female worker refused to speak up after continuously asking her if she could talk a bit louder (I have horrible hearing problems and there were some diners in the building). I didn’t get to touch my food until I got back home, and to my surprise I found my bowl of soup with a little more than three bites in the whole container. Not sure if they aren’t properly trained, or just don’t care.

I mean, as far as subways go, it’s aight. As far as service goes, well it’s a subway. They are nice. Put in an online order and they only thought to start on it after all the in-line customers were checked out. Irritating to have taken the time to do an online order 15 mins in advance when it would have been faster to had just hopped in line once I arrived. I mean, so 15 mins earlier online order placed, drive a few mins, wait for 15 mins in store. I think I could have baked the bread from scratch and grown the vegetables in as much time.

Love this log cabin Subway. The lady working there on Monday afternoons, so nice, friendly, and especially fixes our sandwiches just like we like them.

Worst sub ever. Meatballs were so hard, like they been in the pan for days.
