I feel sorry for this location. A very busy location that seems to have frequent staffing issues, leading to long wait times. Can't imagine the miserable days staff goes thru on frequent skeleton crew only to get bitched at from corporate above and the people on the other side of the counter. The staff (at least lunch time when I see them) works hard with who they have. I give them a smile, a thank you even if my order took a while, and a no problem when they apologize. At the end of the day it's McDonald's. If by 2026 you haven't figured out "fast food" is not always going to be fast, only going to be fresh at rush times, and costs you more than making your own meal... That's on you. Spent our time waiting listening to the employees use expletives about the orders they had to fill and just complain the whole time. I felt extremely sorry for the manager. Our order was missing a burger. When we went back in to get it, the photo shows the condition of what we received. The bun tastes burnt as did the burger patties.

Its pretty bad when your employee instructs me to call corporate to complain because they are tired of making excuses. This restaurant is sooo slow ALL the time. I placed an order and sat in line for 10 mins for the 4 cars ahead of me to move forward. At 10:31 i gave them my confirmed order that i placed earlier that was already charged to my card, to be informed that they cant sell me breakfast anymore. You already sold it to me. Its charged to my card. However you are so slow i didnt make it to the order kiosk in time. And your employee informs me to call corporate to complain about it "scheduling issues, we cant get anyone to come into work".

Went and got 2 large meals and first they forgot our fries so we went back in and these are the “large” fries we got. It has been awful there lately. Get new staff.

It depends on what time of day you go on what kind of experience you're going to get. The morning is pretty good but at night I often find that my order is made incorrectly or items I ordered are unavailable.
