On Sunday 10/19/2025 at 1pm I asked the sales person for a receipt for my online order. She told me she didn’t have my order and couldn’t help me and walked away to make sandwiches for people just getting into line. I patiently waited as she made food for the two customers and an additional four more people that came into the store. After waiting, she walked up to me and handed me subs for Adam. I’m not Adam. I told her that’s not my order and she walked away again saying she can’t see my order. I called out to her, can I please get my receipt printed? I pulled up debit card transactions on my phone proving that I purchased food at the Benner pike subway in state college, yet she kept saying she didn’t see my order and walking away. I got the teriyaki chicken 6” sub with the chip and soda combo. It was very quick, the man taking my order was incredibly nice and then the lady who did the payment complimented my hat and was just incredibly sweet! I hope they both have an amazing Christmas! The food was excellent— one of the best subs I’ve had. Two of the sodas in the drink machine were out of order, but that was labeled and I still had options. They were out of lays original chips, but this was also the rush before Christmas Eve; I don’t blame them! Those were the only issues I came across. The tables and floor were clean and I had great service and amazing food!

Absolutely nasty lady working today. Terrible service, no sodas, no ICEE, nothing because she doesn't feel like working.

Bread is very herd to chew into. Vegetable cart has visible ice in all the ," fresh" vegetable holders and all the vegetables are visibly frozen. So when they are unfrozen on your sandwich they will be soggy and wet. I explained this to server. Unconcerned. Stated manager knows of condition. Also just inspected, ( according to staff), 3 weeks ago and dept of agriculture said it ok to seve frozen vegetables on sandwiches that profess to be fresh and passed the inspection . As a safe serve food worker, this is so wrong. So wrong. I only gave them any star because the place was clean They will never win a speed contest either.

Went in to get a sub on my lunch break and the man who was taking my order asked what I’d like and I told him a chicken bacon ranch on an Italian foot long and he asked what cheese and what else I’d like so I proceeded to say provolone, lettuce and ranch please. He then said, very rudely, “So you don’t want any meat on there!? I’m not worried about that other stuff.” I obviously wanted meat as I previously told him a Chicken Bacon Ranch. The only pleasant part of getting food was how polite the woman working the register was. I won’t be getting food here again that’s for sure.
