Subway

Insanely slow service. Management is obviously majorly lacking here. Usually 3 workers or so and 2 of them just sit and watch the one work. The 2 that stand by are the more experienced team members so its pretty ridiculous. Even if im the only one in line or drive thru it may take 20 minutes to get 2 subs. Long story short, go inside and make sure they are making your subs how you want, if you do this the food is pretty good. I still crave subway occasionally and make the decision to go here. Just know its not a quick, reliable stop. Trego subway is a much better option in the area.

I used the app and ordered 3 sandwiches at 4:30p. It said to arrive at 4:55p. I arrived at 5p. Our food was not ready, matter of fact it hadn't even been started. There were two employees working one male and one female that walked out together from the back. I waited and waited. I finally got our sandwiches at 5:20p. There wasnt any other customers in the building and it should not take 50 minutes to make 3 sandwiches.

The sandwich staff was VERY rude. Absolutely uncalled for. Please treat your customers with respect and kindness as they are what drive your business. Sorry you are having a bad day. 👎

Went through the drive thru today and my sandwich (Italian BMT on flatbread) was made completely wrong. Wrong bread, no sauce, veggies missing. She verified my sandwich meat with me so I know she saw my order. I have made this order before with my account so its saved, and I know it was not wrong on my end. My receipt even shows Flatbread. Extremely upset.

Got two online order sandwiches, both we’re supposed to be toasted, they were cold, one had barely any sause on there AND THERE WAS AND EXTRA INGREDIENT ON MY GIRLFRIENDS SANDWICH!!! This is not the first time this has happened to us. I understand being busy but dam, when there is no one in the store… not impressed
