Spooner Bake Shoppe

I am not a spooner native, as I have family that live here. They recommended this bakery but it was awful, I got donuts around 10 am and they were stale and unfresh, the bread I bought had went moldy the next day and tasted old. i tried their scones and it was okay, but I did some research and found out their scones aren't even made in house (shocker!). If they lie about their scones being made in house, imagine what else they lie about. i don't even want to imagine the hygiene that takes place behind doors, I saw a few cockroaches along the edges of the building. The only redeeming quality was that the staff was nice and welcoming and was patient while i looked over the menu. The prices are cheap and you can tell why. I told my family and they agreed to take their business to another bake

Baked items were pretty good. Limited selection on a Wednesday afternoon. Team members were friendly but not super knowledgeable, (but quite possibly newer staff). Good prices. Historic building, which is cool, but dimly lit. Take out only.

What a GEM of a bakery! The donuts & pastries were a perfect treat for our family cabin stay!! We can't wait to stop again! Love the BEAUTIFUL flowers on Main Street too!!!

This is what a bakery should be! I'm a pastry snob. This was hands down one of the best eclairs I've ever had! We were passing by on our way to the Dells. Definitely worth the short detour into Spooner to visit this bakery. The person who was at the counter was also very welcoming, kind, and helpful. Great service.

Love going there always have the best tasting pastries Donuts so fresh the kids absolutely loved it too the whole family even when my parents come from out of town they like going there cuz it's that good
