Subway

The store was clean and the food was fresh. The 2 ladies working greeted me when I came in with a smile in their voices and on their faces. Alyssa made me a good sandwich. Thanks again Subway

Not one to leave bad reviews, but this experience definitely warrants one. My family and I visited the Subway in Sneads Ferry this evening. I had double-checked the hours beforehand to ensure we had time to sit and eat, as my daughter had practice later. We arrived around 8:30 PM, well before the posted closing time. However, we immediately noticed all the chairs were already flipped onto the tables. Still, we walked in — there were five of us — and were not greeted by the young woman sweeping the floor or the gentleman behind the counter. My husband politely asked if they were closing, and the young woman responded bluntly (and quite rudely), "No, we’re open, but our lobby closes at 6." Lobby hours? That was news to us. This is easily the best Subway in town. I came in today and was served by two beautiful girls. The previous customer before me was quite rude to them, but they still managed to serve me with a smile on their face. The sweet ginger girl was in training and shes absolutely amazing!!! Usually when I come to places like this, I don’t tend to tip, but I couldn’t help but slip a five into their little jar… I can happily say that my food was fresh and delicious! They’re truly amazing. Thank you guys so much!!! Show these girls some love and thank them for everything they do. :)

This review is specifically for the customer service. The duo working tonight must’ve been in some kind of spat. Whatever it was caused them to slam trays loudly on the counter, throw open the covers making it slam against the glass, make no eye contact with the customer AT ALL, huff and puff like we were inconveniencing them, so much so that we thought we walked in and they were closed and had to ask. Just do better. But as always, the food was good. :)

New to the area and just went here for the first time, Haley and Chris were very kind and provided awesome service. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. No clue what Vicki's problem was but I found the staff very respectful!
