I consistently have a great experience at this Subway location, and much of that is thanks to Abey. She is always courteous, professional, and exceptionally attentive. What stands out the most is that she remembers my order every time I come in, which adds a personal touch that truly enhances the customer experience. These girls all deserve a raise for everything they do The restaurant is always clean, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is prompt. However, it’s the level of customer care that Abey provides that sets this location apart. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor make every visit a pleasure. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and a consistently positive dining experience.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a sandwich for my lunch break for work. After eating a few bites I noticed SEVERAL long black hairs all through my sandwich. I couldn’t leave as I was at work so I went without for the afternoon. When I got out of work I went down to the store to see if I could get a refund. The girl called her manager and she told me that I could only get my money back if I had the sandwich with me. I showed her the pictures and explained that this was at 1:30pm. I was at work until 5pm and it was in the garbage at the store. She said she could remake it, so i’ll give them that, but I didn’t want a new one several hours later I wanted my money back. I did a pickup order but they didn't give me my chips. I even tipped them 10% for doing their job. I'll never make that mistake again.

was in on 6/16/25 way over priced. they are 5 to 6 dollars more for a sandwich then any subway around. the girls in the store were very off putting and seemed irritated that i was ordering food. asked for more veggies and they literally put one more onion on.. this store is a joke and i won’t be back. i’ll take the extra 5 minute drive to madison to get my food.

Completely garbage. I'm not sure where things went wrong at this location in the last 6-8 months (owner insight?) Did not give half of what was ordered on at least 2 of the 5 sandwiches. Should not have to add toppings they have at home and was told to put on!, being in a rush they did not. With 4 people working at the same time. Owner change things (maybe correctly train staff members). You're losing customers.
