Subway

Me and my daughter decided to get subway on 44 tonight for dinner. I’m taking my time to write this in regards to the employee “HUNTER” he was VERY polite , while training an employee , and making online orders it seemed. He let my daughter being 7 order her own meal and was very nice to her. Also I needed a few mins to decide on what I wanted hunter could tell I was ready to order before I had to chance to open my lips. HES THE MAN. It’s a relief it’s still faster and a MUCH better experience getting out of the truck and coming inside rather than ANY drive thru in town. Guys are killing it in the state road 44 store !!

This place is run completely different from other subways, and do not have any signs elaborating on it at all. I see why the only sign they have up is a sign about people being nice to the staff. The poor staff have to deal with a terribly run restaurant and have to deal with customers who were not informed at all about the many changes that are going on. On top the quality of food is very low compared to other subways near by. The changes they have implemented have been to the drive through, the prices, the to go process, they don’t accept coupons, and how they take payment. No where do they have any signs to help customers adjust to these changes without being blindsided. There are far better subways to go to.

I really like this store. They are clean and staff is nice. I would have loved to have given 5 stars however, my last sub, the bread was a little dry I didn't have it toasted so that left me with 4 stars. I do come here a lot. Give them a try!

I love this location here in shelbyville.Indiana, the only thing is they don't take coupons.The one in sullivan does, but everything's always so fresh.Clean and the employee's are always nice and friendly

Walked into the store with my Medical Alert Service Dog, and instantly Holly Forville, the owner (Tadee Company, LLC) told me to leave, told me that she doesnt permit service animals, and then told me to not return. I've filed a formal complaint with the Department of Justice and filing a personal lawsuit against her.
