Good value today with use of coupon. $6.00 cheddar roast beef med fries and med drink. (Less tax) This is my normal go to sandwhich. Staff friendly and prompt. Dinning area clean and inviting.

Went in the drive through today and the food wasnt right and the food that I did get(chicken strips) was over cooked and hard as a rock. This is one of the worst restaurants in the city of Shelbyville. All I want is good curly fries for the love of goodness.

Service was the worst I have ever had or seen anywhere. Blatantly ignored you while you stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting on service and to even be acknowledged. When asked the young man behind the counter was very disrespectfully greeted with I know what I’m doing and I trying to get it done. Well when my order was finally taken no surprise to me that Mr. I know what I’m doing doesn’t know what he is doing cause I order a Ruben and an apple turnover however I received a turkey sandwich and a cookie. I had to clean my own table, no napkins. The place was disgusting and dirty, and the people were downright hideous and looked like they hadn’t showered and bathe in days. It wasn't too bad except for the fact that my daughter's, my wife's, and I's sandwiches were made sloppy and messy, not to mention they completely forgot to give us my son's chicken nuggets! All the sandwiches and nuggets were the meal and large sized but when I got home, the fries sure didn't look large. So, we were shorted some there as well. MY WIFE AND I FELT SO BAD FOR OUR SON CAUSE THEY FORGOT HIS NUGGETS AND SHORTED HIS FRIES, SO THE POOR KID THOUGHT HE WASN'T GOING TO HAVE ANYTHING TO EAT, LUCKILY, I HAD ORDERED 2 SANDWICHES FOR MYSELF AND FRIES. Haven’t been here in a while and sadly won’t return due to finding MOLD on my sandwiches. You would think that checking to make sure your ingredients are fresh and not moldy would be standard practice. I would hate to know all the other ways they’re cutting corners due to laziness.
