Subway

Our family went in to order dinner to go, our salad didn’t even fill up half of the bowl The veggies were near empty, to avoid getting a new container the employee put 3 pickles on a sandwich, maybe 1/8 of a cup of lettuce that was frozen and gross. Didn’t put sauce on that was requested and the breads were hard. Their work space was covered with sauces and veggies, they were wearing loose fitting street cloths and dirty baseball caps. No hand washing between handling cash and re-gloving to make another sandwich. Not a uniform or food safety practice in sight. The employees were however very kind, but it’s clear there’s a lack of management to lead these teenagers trying to make some money. No oversight to insure cleanliness, consistency, or proper work wear.

If you want to pay for half a salad then go to this Subway. There was next to no lettuce in the salad at all! I think they put the toppings for a regular sandwich in a bowl and called it a salad. I’ve never gotten a half a bowl salad from any Other Subway or from any other restaurant! But of course the cost was full price. Don’t think I will be eating here again.

Horrible! I only gave 1 star cause there was no option for 0 stars. Food never looks fresh, staff is not friendly or helpful, I quit going for sandwiches. They never have cookies. And when asked if they can make some cookies they say they can't make any after 3 pm. Why? That ridiculous that you can't even get food as they dont want to make anything. Lost customers, lost revenue, lost business, means store should be shut down. Management why would you allow your staff and store be a disgrace?

Don't count on this place to answer the phone after 8pm or for the App to work. They are loosing money & it seems like the company doesn't care.

Well, this was the worst experience I've ever had anywhere, and my review history will show I am a fair reviewer. If you are the manager or owner of this place, I'd love to hear from you, because your staff need help. This is what happened to me. I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches through my app. One was a meatball sub. My teenaged daughter went to pick it up. When my daughter got back I noticed that the doritos I ordered had not been included. So I wrote that off, because what're you gonna do? Then I noticed that the meatball sub was stone cold. Apparently their oven is broken? Okay, sometimes places have issues, and people have to work with what they have.
