Subway

I usually don't to the savanna subay for breakfast...always later in the day.. Today I went 1/3 ...the help was amazing ..the guy that waited on me was very friendly and efficient... The manager came out and was so so friendly... The sandwich was fresh and the eggs were great...never had a bad meal at the savanna Illinois subway...highly recommend it...

This location is very clean and the staff seems nice. The cookies taste very fresh and I like that my food was always made on time. However, the first time I came here, the only thing I ordered was a pretzel and it was extremely stale; it was hard to eat. The second time I came here, my sandwich was very small (the loaf was skinny in comparison to the other locations I have visited) and I asked for them to toast it, which I am pretty sure, they did not! Today is the third time I have visited and the loaf was average sized but this time, I asked for it extra toasted, and it appears that they still did not toast my bread! I always tip 15% - 20% too! All in all my experiences were kind of disappointing.

Sandwiches were prepared properly and almost expertly! Didn't notice the restrooms until leaving, so they're not marked well in the rear corner of the restaurant.

One of best Subways in Illinois. So friendly and awesome customer service. Very clean and well kept.

Great place but won't go back because they get rid of everything. Now flat bread so Mount Carroll subway i go now.
