Subway

I ordered 2 protein wraps, ham and turkey for my wife italian trio for me and I ask for no cheese on the trio. So when they were doing the trio I ask could I please get some onion on it and they said no. I said well I didn't get cheese so can I substitute for the onion? They still refused and said we put the the cheese on the other wrap. I felt they were petty. I think I'll do my business elsewhere! I also did not ask them to put that other slice of cheese on my wife's wrap.

Unbelievably rude owner! He turned my 4 and 7 year-old daughter away and wouldn’t let them use the bathroom even after begging him because they had to go so badly.

I don’t usually go to Subway in Santee but I decided to give them a try. I was greeted with a pleasant hello upon entering the restaurant; however, once I arrived home, I was very disappointed. I ordered the Subway Cub. The sandwich had very little meat and lots of vegetables. If I wanted a veggie sandwich, I would have ordered one. I paid full price, I would like to have what I paid for! If this happened to you, please speak up.

Terrible customer service, would not recommend!!!!

This was part of a $95 order. Ordered online. Website lists wrap as a foot-long. They are priced as a footlong. This small wrap is what I received. (Eyeglasses for size reference.) When I went in to get the rest of my wrap, I was told that the meat portion is the same as a footlong, but everything else is small. I will NEVER pay $10 for such a small amount of food again. And the icing on the cake is they don’t participate in the coupon promotions, either. I am disappointed about the food, but the service was polite.
