Subway

Don't order ahead. Its a waste of time. And while waiting, they'll say they never received the order. And after they confirm it, they say it must of gotten lost, as if it was my fault. Yet, they'll proceed by making everyone else's sandwich before getting to your delayed order. Horrible service.

Got a tuna sub for a friend not sure it’s real tuna. The veggies look fresh and the bread the bucket it might’ve been sitting prices have gotten very high and nothing has changed.

See, normally i wouldnt write reviews for a sandwich chain... but i felt like this was a place that I needed to review. The person who took my order was this young lady named Diana. She was so kind and attentive not to mention very personable, as we had a great conversation. She was also very helpful because she was very knowledgeable about the different options. All of the subways in Irvine and OC in general are a joke because a lot of them have terrible customer service but Diana was the first good Subway employee in a while. Will continue to come back whenever I'm in the area.

I go here at least once a week for breakfast always good tasting and better than most of the other locations

Diana was an amazing wonderful person who offered great conversation and a welcoming feeling while fulfilling my order. I love this subway and have been a patron for many years and the new staff will keep me coming back
