We worked with Rasoi Catering for our wedding weekend and had a very positive overall experience. Nam and his head chef were professional, responsive, and clear from the start regarding pricing, which we really appreciated — especially since they were able to offer competitive pricing when we booked them for both lunch and dinner. They were extremely flexible in customizing the menu to match our preferences; we hosted a South Indian Telugu vegetarian lunch and a North Indian dinner, and both meals received rave reviews from our guests. The chef was also happy to incorporate several off-menu items and adjusted flavors based on feedback from our tasting, resulting in food that appealed well to both Indian and Western palates.
