Subway

Placed an online order to be picked up at 5:40. Picked it up at 5:41 and it was clearly not fresh because 2 toasted sandwiches were both cold and the cheese was solid, and they forgot all of the sauces and 2 toppings on one of the sandwiches. It was not busy at all so it shouldn’t have been that difficult. I generally love subway but this location really disappointed us and we will not be going back.

Alma is beyond AMAZING!!! We were having issues with the subway mobile app, and she went above and beyond to help us get our online order! Y'all need to give a raise! ♥️

Good subway. Very kind staff. Cold Cut Trio is still my favorite. Meatball and teriyaki chicken are right behind it

Good vibes. The person on the music inside really hit the vibe. They were all really nice. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

No conversation at drive through window about being short on jalapenos. But got charged for extra jalapenos and only had 3 jalapenos on one of my sandwiches. I called and was offered a free sandwich but that does not resolve the fact of no communication at the window when the order was placed about being short on jalapenos. Spend money every week there. Not planning on spending money there from hereforth and I buy 4 to 5 people at a time. Poor customer service and poor management. Nothing but excuses..
