Twisted Sugar

Stopped by the Roy, UT Twisted Sugar location yesterday to get my kids and I a yummy drink treat since it was a no-school-monday. The girls working were so friendly and sweet and gave great customer service! Our drinks were delicious! I got my go-to which is the Huckle Star and my kids both got the Frozen Hot Chocolate which is their fave! We were really glad we came here! Some feedback for the owner, we love to tip our food service workers and are used to doing so on our card transaction but for some reason that isn't available at your location. Please consider adding that feature, so that your customers can show their appreciation to your awesome staff members! Twisted Sugar has always been a great spot for delicious cookies and refreshing drinks, but under the new ownership of Brian, it has truly leveled up. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the customer service is top-notch. Brian, the new owner, goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer has a great experience. He is not only kind and helpful but also genuinely cares about making his shop a place where people love to come back. We had the pleasure of helping him out, and as a token of appreciation, he even offered us a free drink—such a thoughtful gesture that speaks volumes about his generosity and character. I enjoy their drinks, and their cookies. Maybe not quite as good as crumbl, but a bit cheaper, ultimately worth it.

So bought cookies 3 from Crumbl and 4 from twisted, I’m a huge fan of twisted but my daughter really wanted to try crumble. I love the size of cookie at twisted! It’s not overwhelming and can finish it in one sitting. The fresh lime squeezed on top is the best! And their frosting is amazing and tastes more natural! Crumble frosting is good but I feel like it dries up and has way too much sugar. I’d give crumble a 3.5 star and twisted sugar a 5 on how it tastes. Plus crumble made me wait over 6 min and I was the only one in the store. As soon as I walked into twisted I ordered.

My first time trying Twisted Sugar and it is my new favorite. The wait was a little long but the flavors made up for it. I got a swizzle sugar and it was amazing. My "Stop Staring" drink was so good. The first sip was overwhelmingly sweet but once I gave it a stir and squeezed the lime it was perfect. I wouldn't mind 2-3 limes for the giant cup ;). They used the perfect amount of ice, unlike some other places that fill your cup halfway with ice so you barely get any drink! The employees were so nice and friendly.
