I’ve been to plenty of Subways, but this one in Roslindale is hands down the best. All Subways are not created equal—and this location proves it. Shoutout to Jay. One New Year’s Eve, I dropped $40 in the store. He found it, held onto it, and waited for me to come back so he could return it. That kind of honesty is rare and says everything about the people who run this place. The staff is always friendly, respectful, and on point. You can genuinely feel the difference when you walk in. Great service, good energy, and people who actually care. Can’t say enough good things about this Subway. Roslindale does it right.

This is the best subway in Boston. Jay and his team are kind, knowledgable and care deeply about every customer. Jay calls me by name and even knows my order. This feels like home. Stop in whenever you are nearby.

Visited this place today and ordered the chicken soup and a sub. Both were delicious and perfect for the winter season. The service was great, and the manager was super friendly. Really enjoyed my experience—thank you!
