DoorDash pickup was poorly handled. The order was already made and sitting behind the counter but not placed on the pickup rack. I arrived first and waited politely, yet other pickup customers were helped before me. When I tried to say I had a pickup order, the employee looked at me and completely ignored me. Lack of acknowledgment and organization, wasted time!

What a joke! They don't honor online app deals! They don't put all of the ingredients that you picked out online. Soured turkey. I gave it 3 visits and it is not worth going back to. Oh well. I will try another location that is still open, if I can find one?

Order using the app they push to be used. They wait till we arrive to cancel our order with no reason given. When asked the person at the counter why they advised " our manager didnt want to honor the coupon". Basically telling me didn't feel like it. Forcing me to change our plans spend more money because of course the money got charged whick but use any loop hole to hold on from refund. Was no explanation of when deal is no good nothing. Nice job subway. I know this means nothing big companies miss the days where customer service meant something

Combo advertise $3.79 and at the register they will charge $4.99, when asked the employee said yea there is an error but the person who is in charge is not here and will let him know. This is 2nd time this happened and the issue is not fixed and they keep charging people more.

SUBWAY® 300 E BROAD ST ROCKINGHAM, NC 28379 I ordered a 6 inch tuna sandwich and to start the girl who placed my order was eating at one of the tables and went to make my sandwich and didn't even wash her hands or wear gloves to prepare it. Her hair was long and she had it down. I didn't order lettuce because it looked old. I took my sandwich to work and discovered that the girl had only spread a thin layer of tuna on the bread. It looks like this store is under new management or owner because this has never happen to me before.
