Service with a smile....i think not! That's okay because I just did not tip for that reason alone. Now I open my sandwich....which I expected to be a mess due to lack of care from employee today at 1130am. Didn't stuff stuff in sandwich, just closed it and everything is pouring out. Could only eat half of it due to poor sandwich-making skills.

Ordered 2 subs and a Cinnabon. Both subs were supposed to be toasted. The bread was very soft, almost soggy. I saw the employee put it in the oven to be toasted however it definitely is not toasted. The tomatoes were old and mushy. The cinnabon stick was very dry. Maybe it was a day old one? Very disappointed.

Robin the manager is very rude. Screwed up both of our sandwiches Gave me minimal customer service….. just attitude. My sandwich had nothing on it that I requested but the chicken and then gave me attitude and hard time and told me that I had no reason to be rude when she had to remake my sandwiches that I paid $30 for…… She might be the manager, but she definitely doesn’t know any customer service skills. When you order online, you wanna be able to just go in and pick it up not have to stand there after you’ve already ordered an hour before watching them remake your sandwich sandwiches that you had already planned on eating…. It’s called taking accountability for your actions, especially when you’re in customer service deal with the rudeness and just apologize and leave it like that. Don

I’m just getting completely honest here; I was so excited to see this place come into the Richmond area when it first opened up I remember them tearing down the little shed and propping up this really nice establishment for a DD and a subway.. Fast-forward many years now. I am no longer a customer, and it saddens me because I am once again driving almost an hour round-trip to get a decent meal without stopping at an overpriced gas station. They used to make excellent sandwiches and there’s a gentleman there that does an amazing job still to this day. However, I’m not sure what happened whether it was the policy or what not but the fact remains that the sandwiches have gone up almost 40% in price and they have lost 40% of their fillings/ portions. No Stars if possible. The subway in Richmond is dirty and gross, the employee is not wearing gloves, cross contamination and the 2 female employees took sodas and refused to wear masks in the store, but telling customers to wear them.... check your cameras if you don't believe me. Time is 620pm to 630pm.
