Dunkin'

Great food here, awesome taste and fresh. Staff not welcoming, rude and started yelling because he made a mistake while making my ice coffee. Other than the bad service, I recommend this place.

I had such a great experience at Dunkin’ the other day, and I want to recognize Cindy for it. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, she was welcoming and upbeat. She greeted me right away, listened carefully to my order, and made sure she understood exactly how I wanted everything. What really stood out was how fast she worked without ever making me feel rushed. She stayed friendly the entire time, kept the line moving, and handled everything with a calm, positive attitude. It’s not easy to balance speed and customer service, but she does it effortlessly. Employees like Cindy are the reason people come back. She made my mid-morning better, and that kind of service matters. Dunkin’ is lucky to have her on the team.

Got a sandwich and a coffee. The employees were nice enough. However, whoever made the sandwich needs to wear food prep gloves because it tasted like cigarette residue and I had to toss it. Coffee was also regular when I ordered decaf

When I went there, there were only two people working that day. But these two young ladies did everything they could to make things go smoothly. I watched them work together to try and get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible. It’s easy to complain about the service and the time it took to get your order when they’re only operating at half staff. I will continue to frequent this establishment whenever possible.

I love the new crew they are very welcoming My food and coffee was perfect . The girl who took my order today was Cindy, awesome customer service, greet you with kindness. I will be back
